Founded in 1995, by Chef Masa Terada, Rikki USA was established in response to the overwhelming demand for the signature sauces and marinades served in his restaurant, RikkiRikki located in Kirkland, Washington. The innovative flavors that captivated restaurant goers had quickly gained recognition with retailers, food service and club stores alike leading to the construction of a manufacturing facility to serve them.
The same culinary team that brought those signature dishes to life have broadened the diversity of the offerings to include flavors inspired by cuisine from around the world. Masa’s original vision of “bringing a taste from home in Japan to everyone” laid the foundation for the internationally recognized company Rikki has become today.
